At dryboxglove.nl, part of H&D Trading, we highly value clear communication regarding delivery and shipping. Below you will find our shipping policy.

Order Confirmation and Lead Time
After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 5 working days, including an indication of the expected delivery time. Lead times may vary per product and per order. This particularly applies to gloves, as these are often custom-made. As a result, delivery times depend on production and availability.

Shipping Costs
For deliveries within the Netherlands, shipping costs start from €15.00.
For international shipments, transport costs are calculated upon request. Please contact us for a tailored quotation.

Transport and Delivery
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we work with fixed logistics partners. Parcel shipments are handled by DPD. Pallet shipments are carried out by Transmission Schijndel.

Returns
Returns are only accepted after prior contact with H&D Trading. If you wish to register a return, please contact us first. We will assess the request and inform you about the further handling process.
